Palmyra franchisee is a royal tight arse. The chicken was picked up in the tiny plastic scoop and then the lady carefully rubbed the top of the scoop against the bowl to make sure the serve only just filled the scoop. The amount deposited in the salad was laughable. When I questioned the size I was told that the franchisee is very strict on the girls and makes them "rub off" every scoop of anything they serve, and that he checks the CCTV to make sure they do so. The resulting salad was so pitiful, and when I was asked to handover $16 for all the extras I nearly just walked out. Won't be back.

When ordering a burrito each item cost extra, this is not explicit ie. Black rice is $1 more than white. Avocado is $2 extra. Food is top quality and fresh. Good customer service. However it is subway style station and cost is bit over the top. Great place to go when they are offering a special deal.

super duper sparing with the beans even in the veggie and vegan burritos. just doesn't make the cut of a good Zambrero - Mt Lawley, Joondalup, Malaga, even Morley are way better

I just paid $28.80 for 2 bowls of lettuce. The company makes their staff give as little possible to the customer. I asked for some tomato salsa and got a teaspoon size of tomato sprinkled on my lettuce. Still hungry. Never going back!!

I don't usually make complaints but this definitly called for it.....I had a horrible experience at the Palmyra store in Western Australia. The service was appalling. The girl working at the counter took 20 minutes to make 2 burritos, she was rude and made everyone feel uncomfortable around her. She should not be in customer service and I will not be going back to this store again! If there were 0 stars I would give you this.
